The MBBA is run by a board of directors and officers who represent a cross-section of attorneys from various parts of the legal profession. The Board meets on a monthly basis to manage the organization.
The Board supports the work of MBBA and provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by MBBA’s president and Administrative Staff, the Board-President relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected. Service on the MBBA Board of Directors is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about MBBA’s mission and who has a track record of leadership.
