This program is for the bench and bar on both a personal and professional level and will address the role of a judge in capacity determinations; legal and ethical considerations for judges and attorneys (including overall demographics of the Graying of America); strategies to combat financial exploitation and available resources of the district attorney's office; things that future retirees need to know; and how to obviate the need for a guardian.
