KALAGNY Hosts a Writ of Habeas Corpus Training - February 24, 2017
We are planning this course for lawyers who wish to develop and hone their professional skills useful for assisting the immigrant and underserved communities. This is a training course devoted to filing Writ of Habeas Corpus petitions, which may be used to challenge wrongful or improper imprisonment or detention. We will also cover the President's recent executive orders and provide you with a brief introduction to immigration laws. The training will take place next Friday on February 24, 2017, at 6:30 PM, at San Damiano Hall at Saint Francis of Assisi, located at 129 West 31st Street, New York, NY.
