Join Trainer Amayah for a new session in our #MBBAMOVES virtual workout series.
Amayah's class will be a free ZOOM 60-minute Belly Dance Boot Camp session featuring a combo of strength-training/bellydance. There will be three killer circuits that are a hybrid of Belly Dance, Strength, and HIIT, with a Shimmy Drill to finish. It also includes a dynamic warm up, and cool down.
This session is intended for attendees with a general fitness level.
Attendees should modify based on their fitness condition.
