Julia’s class will be a free 60-minute lunchtime Zoom Yoga Fitness session. Julia’s yoga sessions are all about strengthening, stabilizing, and alignment as well as having a fun, energizing flow.
This session is intended for attendees with a general fitness level.
Attendees should modify based on their fitness condition.
