Law Firm Leadership & Work Experience Survey – Please Participate!

Calling All Law Firm Lawyers: Please help the legal profession (while also helping me satisfy my academic research requirements!) by participating in a short, 15-minute survey.

I’m a lawyer as well as a PhD student in positive organizational psychology. My research focuses on helping law firms bring out the best in lawyers, and helping lawyers feel more engaged and motivated to do their best work.

  •  If you’re a lawyer that has been in private practice for at least one year, I’d like to invite you to participate in a study that is designed to investigate whether certain kinds of leadership behaviors in law firms are tied to higher job satisfaction and engagement and lower turnover. The study also will look for possible gender differences. This study is part of my academic research requirements, and I’d be very grateful for your participation!
  • I know you’re busy and have designed the study to respect your time. It should take about 15 minutes. I’m also conducting a second, related study and will be circulating that survey link in a few weeks. I hope you’ll consider taking that one too.

Thank you for considering participating in this important research (and helping me earn my degree)!
